Domenica “Lena” Aliberti, of Brewster, NY passed away on Thursday November 3, 2011. She was 93. Born the daughter of Nicolo and Assunta D' Auria in Philadelphia, Pa. She leaves behind her son Silvio Aliberti and his wife Clara, her daughter Rose Bellini, her brother Amedeo D' Auria, her sister Assunta Pascarelli, 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Antonio Aliberti and her son-in-law John Bellini.

We recently found out about Mama's passing and want to express our deepest condolences to the family. She was a great lady with a strong character but even bigger heart. She would knock on our door every night and offer my sons Stella Doro cookies. My boys were very small at the time but still remember, she was like a grandma to them. We have many fond memories of Mama that we will now cherish. My husband and I are saddened by the news but are sure she is with our Lord in Heaven.
