Dearest Peggy and family, So many fond memories of our times together, whether in the Bronx, Mahopac, or in Ohio. Those memories are priceless and will remain with me always. Please accept my heartfelt sympathies for Jim, and know that my Terry is waiting for him with a grand martini and a beer for Jim. What a party it's going to be in heaven. I'm so sorry I could not make the journey to see you all. May God Bless Jim, and you Peggy, my dearest friend. May you find comfort and peace knowing we will both see our loved ones again and then it will truly be a party in heaven. My love to you all. God Bless. Mary Gaffney KeithAnd Terry, Jr.

Aunt Peggy and family,There are never words to express what someone's passing means to us. You stop and think, "did I just hear dad laugh?; did I just see dad sitting in his chair?; did I hear dad pour his coffee in the kitchen?; is that wind outside blowing because dad made it so? Is that beautiful sunset because my dad loved to watch them?" Those are just a few of the things I thought about when my dad passed 3 years ago. Our dads touch our hearts in so many different ways that we laugh, and cry, at them all. I've taken solace knowing that when my time comes I will see my dad and we will laugh until we cry. That's the only way it should be.Please express my sincerest love to the famly Aunt Peggy and let them know my hug is as big as they need it to be. Aunt Peggy, you ARE the "Rock of Gibraltar". Not only were you strong during this time with Uncle Jim, but I can also remember when you called when my dad was ill and then passed. I will never forget your kindness and the reality you brought me to. You are the kindest person I have known and for that I am truly grateful to be able to call you my Aunt. God bless you and the entire family. Now it's time to celebrate the life of a loved and respected man. We are all richer for having had him in our lives. My dad welcomed him into heaven with a cold beer #or cup of coffee# and now we all know that current conversation will never end. Oh how lucky they are.Until I should see you all again, love to you always....Terry Keith, JrMedina, Oh

God has taken a wonderful friend. Jim was always a smiling face and I enjoyed every minute I spent with him. It didn't matter if we were talking sports, politics or trips to Atlantic city Jim was always good for a laugh. What I will always remember most about Jim was his love for family. Jim and Peg always had an open door for everyone. My children had a special place in ere heart for Jim he always took time to ask them how there day was and how things were going. I will miss seeing him sitting on the deck drinking his coffee looking over the lawn contimplating what he was going to do fornthe day. Rest in peace my friend you will never be forgotten, you have touched many people in your time with us and I will never ever forget you. GOD SPEED my friend. See you soon safe a place at the slots for me.

Ralph and I extend our condolences to the Kennedy family, especially our very dear fiends, Patti & Eddie. Eddie, we know how much you adored and respected your dad. He raised your brothers and sister to love and respect each other and instilled in each of you a strong sense of family and work ethic. I can only imagine how proud he was of you as you accomploshed not one but two careers, the second and most dear to him as a public servant in the FDNY. He was a very lucky man to always have his family close by and you were lucky to have him as your dad.
